Paul Lee<\/p>\n<div class=\"audio-container\"><audio controls=\"controls\"><source src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.ca\/mp3\/English\/2023_0910_E.mp3\" type=\"audio\/mpeg\" \/><\/audio><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Genesis 3:13\u201319<\/span><br \/>\n<span id=\"en-NIV-69\" class=\"text Gen-3-13\"><sup class=\"versenum\">13\u00a0<\/sup>Then the\u00a0<span class=\"small-caps\">Lord<\/span>\u00a0God said to the woman, \u201cWhat is this you have done?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text Gen-3-13\">The woman said, \u201cThe serpent deceived me,\u00a0and I ate.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"en-NIV-70\" class=\"text Gen-3-14\"><sup class=\"versenum\">14\u00a0<\/sup>So the\u00a0<span class=\"small-caps\">Lord<\/span>\u00a0God said to the serpent, \u201cBecause you have done this,<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"poetry top-05\">\n<p class=\"line\"><span class=\"text Gen-3-14\">\u201cCursed are you above all livestock <\/span><span class=\"indent-1\"><span class=\"text Gen-3-14\">and all wild animals!<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"text Gen-3-14\">You will crawl on your belly <\/span><span class=\"indent-1\"><span class=\"text Gen-3-14\">and you will eat dust <\/span><\/span><span class=\"indent-1\"><span class=\"text Gen-3-14\">all the days of your life.<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span id=\"en-NIV-71\" class=\"text Gen-3-15\"><sup class=\"versenum\">15\u00a0<\/sup>And I will put enmity <\/span><span class=\"indent-1\"><span class=\"text Gen-3-15\">between you and the woman, <\/span><\/span><span class=\"indent-1\"><span class=\"text Gen-3-15\">and between your offspring\u00a0and hers;<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"text Gen-3-15\">he will crush your head, <\/span><span class=\"indent-1\"><span class=\"text Gen-3-15\">and you will strike his heel.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"top-05\"><span id=\"en-NIV-72\" class=\"text Gen-3-16\"><sup class=\"versenum\">16\u00a0<\/sup>To the woman he said, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: revert;\">\u201cI will make your pains in childbearing very severe; <\/span><span class=\"text Gen-3-16\" style=\"font-size: revert;\">with painful labor you will give birth to children.\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-size: revert;\">Your desire will be for your husband, <\/span><span class=\"text Gen-3-16\" style=\"font-size: revert;\">and he will rule over you.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"top-05\"><span id=\"en-NIV-73\" class=\"text Gen-3-17\"><sup class=\"versenum\">17\u00a0<\/sup>To Adam he said, \u201cBecause you listened to your wife and ate fruit from the tree about which I commanded you, \u2018You must not eat from it,\u2019\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-size: revert;\">\u201cCursed is the ground because of you; <\/span><span class=\"text Gen-3-17\" style=\"font-size: revert;\">through painful toil you will eat food from it <\/span><span class=\"text Gen-3-17\" style=\"font-size: revert;\">all the days of your life.\u00a0 <\/span><sup class=\"versenum\">18\u00a0<\/sup><span style=\"font-size: revert;\">It will produce thorns and thistles for you, <\/span><span class=\"text Gen-3-18\" style=\"font-size: revert;\">and you will eat the plants of the field.\u00a0 <\/span><sup class=\"versenum\">19\u00a0<\/sup><span style=\"font-size: revert;\">By the sweat of your brow <\/span><span class=\"text Gen-3-19\" style=\"font-size: revert;\">you will eat your food <\/span><span style=\"font-size: revert;\">until you return to the ground, <\/span><span class=\"text Gen-3-19\" style=\"font-size: revert;\">since from it you were taken; <\/span><span style=\"font-size: revert;\">for dust you are <\/span><span class=\"text Gen-3-19\" style=\"font-size: revert;\">and to dust you will return.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>2023 Church Theme: Advancing God\u2019s Kingdom in the New Normalcy Scripture: Genesis 3:13\u201319 Speaker: Rev.
