Michael Lau<\/p>\n<div class=\"audio-container\"><audio controls=\"controls\"><source src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.ca\/mp3\/English\/2023_0409_E.mp3\" type=\"audio\/mpeg\" \/><\/audio><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Colossians 3:1-12<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"text Luke-19-28\"><sup class=\"versenum\">1 <\/sup><\/span><span class=\"text Col-3-1\">Since, then, you have been raised with Christ,\u00a0set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God.<\/span>\u00a0<span id=\"en-NIV-29520\" class=\"text Col-3-2\"><sup class=\"versenum\">2\u00a0<\/sup>Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.<\/span>\u00a0<span id=\"en-NIV-29521\" class=\"text Col-3-3\"><sup class=\"versenum\">3\u00a0<\/sup>For you died,\u00a0and your life is now hidden with Christ in God.<\/span>\u00a0<span id=\"en-NIV-29522\" class=\"text Col-3-4\"><sup class=\"versenum\">4\u00a0<\/sup>When Christ, who is your\u00a0life,\u00a0appears,\u00a0then you also will appear with him in glory.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"en-NIV-29523\" class=\"text Col-3-5\"><sup class=\"versenum\">5\u00a0<\/sup>Put to death,\u00a0therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature:\u00a0sexual immorality,\u00a0impurity, lust, evil desires and greed,\u00a0which is idolatry.<\/span>\u00a0<span id=\"en-NIV-29524\" class=\"text Col-3-6\"><sup class=\"versenum\">6\u00a0<\/sup>Because of these, the wrath of God is coming.<\/span>\u00a0<span id=\"en-NIV-29525\" class=\"text Col-3-7\"><sup class=\"versenum\">7\u00a0<\/sup>You used to walk in these ways, in the life you once lived.<\/span>\u00a0<span id=\"en-NIV-29526\" class=\"text Col-3-8\"><sup class=\"versenum\">8\u00a0<\/sup>But now you must also rid yourselves\u00a0of all such things as these: anger, rage, malice, slander,\u00a0and filthy language from your lips.<\/span>\u00a0<span id=\"en-NIV-29527\" class=\"text Col-3-9\"><sup class=\"versenum\">9\u00a0<\/sup>Do not lie to each other,\u00a0since you have taken off your old self\u00a0with its practices<\/span>\u00a0<span id=\"en-NIV-29528\" class=\"text Col-3-10\"><sup class=\"versenum\">10\u00a0<\/sup>and have put on the new self,\u00a0which is being renewed\u00a0in knowledge in the image of its Creator.<\/span>\u00a0<span id=\"en-NIV-29529\" class=\"text Col-3-11\"><sup class=\"versenum\">11\u00a0<\/sup>Here there is no Gentile or Jew,\u00a0circumcised or uncircumcised,\u00a0barbarian, Scythian, slave or free,\u00a0but Christ is all,\u00a0and is in all.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"en-NIV-29530\" class=\"text Col-3-12\"><sup class=\"versenum\">12\u00a0<\/sup>Therefore, as God\u2019s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves\u00a0with compassion, kindness, humility,\u00a0gentleness and patience.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>2023 Church Theme: Advancing God\u2019s Kingdom in the New Normalcy Scripture: Colossians 3:1-12 Speaker: Rev.
