{"id":1336,"date":"2023-02-05T09:30:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-05T09:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mgc.ca\/YM\/?p=1336"},"modified":"2023-02-02T15:28:13","modified_gmt":"2023-02-02T15:28:13","slug":"sermon20230205","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mgc.ca\/YM\/sermon20230205\/","title":{"rendered":"Breaking Spiritual Ground &#8211; The Quick Gospel (Part 2)"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"sermonNotes2023\">\n<p>2023 Church Theme: Advancing God\u2019s Kingdom in the New Normalcy<br \/>\nScripture: Genesis 1:24-31 (NIV)<\/p>\n<p>Speaker: Pastor Aaron Garcia<\/p>\n<div class=\"audio-container\"><audio controls=\"controls\"><source src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.ca\/mp3\/English\/2023_0205_E.mp3\" type=\"audio\/mpeg\" \/><\/audio><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Genesis 1:24-31 (NIV)<\/span><br \/>\n<span id=\"en-NIV-24\" class=\"text Gen-1-24\" style=\"font-size: revert;\"><sup class=\"versenum\">24\u00a0<\/sup>And God said, \u201cLet the land produce living creatures\u00a0according to their kinds:\u00a0the livestock, the creatures that move along the ground, and the wild animals, each according to its kind.\u201d And it was so.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: revert;\">\u00a0<\/span><span id=\"en-NIV-25\" class=\"text Gen-1-25\" style=\"font-size: revert;\"><sup class=\"versenum\">25\u00a0<\/sup>God made the wild animals\u00a0according to their kinds, the livestock according to their kinds, and all the creatures that move along the ground according to their kinds.\u00a0And God saw that it was good.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"list top-05\">\n<p class=\"left-2 first-line-1\"><span id=\"en-NIV-26\" class=\"text Gen-1-26\"><sup class=\"versenum\">26\u00a0<\/sup>Then God said, \u201cLet us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals,\u00a0and over all the creatures that move along the ground.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"poetry top-05\">\n<p class=\"line\"><span id=\"en-NIV-27\" class=\"text Gen-1-27\"><sup class=\"versenum\">27\u00a0<\/sup>So God created mankind in his own image, <\/span><span class=\"indent-1\"><span class=\"text Gen-1-27\">in the image of God he created them; <\/span><\/span><span class=\"indent-1\"><span class=\"text Gen-1-27\">male and female\u00a0he created them.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"list top-05\">\n<p class=\"left-2 first-line-1\"><span id=\"en-NIV-28\" class=\"text Gen-1-28\"><sup class=\"versenum\">28\u00a0<\/sup>God blessed them and said to them,\u00a0\u201cBe fruitful and increase in number;\u00a0fill the earth\u00a0and subdue it. Rule over\u00a0the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"left-2 first-line-1\"><span id=\"en-NIV-29\" class=\"text Gen-1-29\"><sup class=\"versenum\">29\u00a0<\/sup>Then God said, \u201cI give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it.
