God\u2019s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them.&nbsp;They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God.<\/span>&nbsp;<span id=\"en-NIV-31058\" class=\"text Rev-21-4\"><sup class=\"versenum\">4&nbsp;<\/sup>\u2018He will wipe every tear from their eyes.&nbsp;There will be no more death\u2019<sup class=\"footnote\" style=\"font-size: 0.625em; line-height: normal; position: relative; vertical-align: text-top; top: auto; display: inline;\" data-fn=\"#fen-NIV-31058b\" data-link=\"[<a href=&quot;#fen-NIV-31058b&quot; title=&quot;See footnote b&quot;>b<\/a>]&#8221;>[<a title=\"See footnote b\" href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=Revelation%2021&amp;version=NIV#fen-NIV-31058b\">b<\/a>]<\/sup>&nbsp;or mourning or crying or pain,&nbsp;for the old order of things has passed away.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"en-NIV-31059\" class=\"text Rev-21-5\"><sup class=\"versenum\">5&nbsp;<\/sup>He who was seated on the throne&nbsp;said, \u201cI am making everything new!\u201d&nbsp;Then he said, \u201cWrite this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"en-NIV-31060\" class=\"text Rev-21-6\"><sup class=\"versenum\">6&nbsp;<\/sup>He said to me: \u201cIt is done.&nbsp;I am the Alpha and the Omega,&nbsp;the Beginning and the End.
